Successful candidate will represent, promote, and sell regarding both divisions of our company, consisting of facility maintenance and Overhead Door services to new and existing commercial clients.
Job Responsibilities Grow and maintain existing customer relations.
Develop new customer relations.
Follow up with new leads and/or cold call to develop new leads.
Assist with project estimating by gathering information with sales leads.
Travel to location to identify customer needs and gather information.
Compile and plan budget, cost estimates and other financial estimates Job Requirements High school diploma 5 years job experience in construction management/estimating or related field preferred Valid Class D Driver's License Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond effectively and professionally to time-sensitive inquiries.
