Job Description:
Utilize the companies GPS tracking system, Dash Cam system, and Fleet Electronic Logging system for maximum fleet productivity.
Monitor vehicle activity and run various reports through these systems in order to provide information to management as needed.
Reporting any vehicle discrepancies, critical events and/ or unauthorized usage of company vehicles.
Ensuring that vehicle tracking devices are functioning properly.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memo's, and maintain a filing system.
Performing general administrative assistant duties.
Work closely with supervisor daily Job requirements:
High school diploma Professionalism Strong written and oral communication Problem solving skills and must apply good use of judgement Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity or experience with GPS tracking is a PLUS (but is not a requirement) Ability to treat information, data and records confidentially.
Must be able to operate a computer with speed and accuracy Skills required in Excel, Word, Microsoft office and more Benefits include:
